Today I did CRT we done capture flag and dodge ball.                                        The main focus was to use teamwork and win.                                                          I learned not to be scared if I throw the ball close to me and people laugh at me.  Next time I think I can throw the ball a little bit further.

On Friday, I have been learning card games for my action station. I’ve learnt pig, sevens, old Maid and Crazy Eights. I had to read the instructions to learn to play and add scores to see who won the game. I enjoyed most was pig because it was the easiest to learn.

We  went to the the Life education truck and we saw Jo and Harold the giraffe.                                                                      The 9 Basic Needs are Safety, Food, Water, Oxygen, Exercise, Sleep, love, Shelter and a bath.                                                 

Blood is not red it is dark dark blue.

Arteries take blood to the heart. Veins take blood away from the heart .

You can be healthy by                                                                                                                         less screen time and more exercise.

Today we done kawa of care quest and some of the were really essay. Some of them were a bit header.

A couple of weeks ago we went to the beach for beach education. In the surf club we learn’t about The lifeguards surfboards. what was in the first aid kits and the IRB boats.  Next we went into groups and then we had to do role play activity.

After lunch we went in the water.  I couldn’t touch the bottom.We learn’t how to be safe in the water, and to never go swimming alone cos you can get caught in a rip. if you go with adults and you can go in the water. If you get caught in a rip when you stop moving you can put your hand up, then lifeguards will come to get you. Never go swimming alone.If you Panic it’ll make it worse.

Today’s strike came to Rawhiti School and perform music to us. Urmi and  Matua Travis and went up and played the drums. The music was really really loud. They done fire with a spray and it didn’t make smoke and they said to never try it at home.  The Instruments they play on violin,drums.

Yesterday I done  top team it was so fun my favorite activity was bucket tower.

For Monday mashup I done dance and I was in a pair with Ava We did not finish the dance Because I wasn’t Ava at school for 2 weeks. I learned a dance with Ava and it’s really good we’re going to practice the dance.
